It serves as a good bread spread as well. <br/><br/>Ingredients:<br/>2 Onions (chopped)<br/>1 Tomato(chopped)<br/>1 Green Capsicum (chopped)<br/>3 tbsp Oil<br/>1 tsp Split Black Gram<br/>1 tsp Cumin Seeds<br/>2 tsp Flax Seeds<br/>3 Dried Red Chillies<br/>1 tsp Garlic (chopped)<br/>Salt (as per taste)<br/>½ tsp Garam Masala Powder<br/>Water (as required)<br/>Flax Seeds (toasted)
