Life in the village and in the heart of nature in old and traditional ways is far from the hustle and bustle of the city.<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>Gilan is one of the forested areas of Iran, full of diverse vegetation, where all kinds of trees can be<br/> seen in these forests, various seasonal fruits, medicinal plants, beautiful flowers, etc.<br/> Our ancestors were very interested in trees and growing flowers and plants, and they planted and cultivated the trees that gave fruits and benefits in the yards of their houses and large gardens, or sometimes even in the heart of the forest, so that both they and the next generations from thisto use fruits, this good behavior has been prevalent among all classes of this nation for a long time and is still prevalent today;<br/><br/> One of the types of plants that are of great interest to the local people here is the walnut tree.<br/> The fruit of this tree is considered one of the most important food items of these people and is used in many of our dishes.Its excellent properties and wonderful taste, as well as the fertility of the soil of this land for the walnut tree, have made its fruit popular among these people.<br/><br/> Today's dish is one of my favorite dishes and the majority of people in this region, which is known as Longi.
